- RR/2020/1050/P - Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 5 new dwellings. Alongside the approved permission for five dwellings, there is also an approved permission for four dwellings (RR/2020/1051/P). There has also been a variation of conditions application submitted (RR/2021/2408/P) for the permission with four dwellings. The local authority still feel the site is capable of accommodating five dwellings (as evidenced by the planning approval under RR/2020/1050/P) and as such this site shall remain on the register. December 2024 - This site has commenced development and therefore an end date will be added on completion.
